Sprint Intelligence

Sprint Health Index (SHI)

✅ Available

A single 0–100 score for the health of your current sprint.

The Sprint Health Index aggregates several aspects of sprint execution into one easy-to-read number across six dimensions: sprint burndown progress, WIP compliance, active risk-alert severity, velocity trend, CI/CD pipeline health (DORA), and team activity balance. It refreshes automatically every 5 minutes and is colour-coded Green (≥ 75) / Amber (45–74) / Red (≤ 44) so you know at a glance whether the sprint is on track. A trend arrow (↑ ↗ → ↘ ↓) shows whether health is improving or declining compared with the previous sprint. When no CI/CD connector is active, the DORA dimension weight is automatically redistributed across the remaining five dimensions so the score always sums to 100.

DORA Health (CI/CD Pipeline Dimension)

✅ Available

Pipeline success rate feeds directly into your Sprint Health score.

DORA (DevOps Research and Assessment) metrics measure the performance of your delivery pipeline. Agilentic tracks the CI/CD pipeline success rate over a rolling 48-hour window using data ingested from your connected Azure DevOps pipelines. This signal contributes to the Sprint Health Index as the DORA Health dimension. When no connector is active or no pipeline runs have been recorded, the dimension is marked unavailable and its weight is redistributed proportionally across the other SHI dimensions — the score remains meaningful even without CI/CD data. Full DORA enrichment including GitHub Actions support is planned for a future release.

Sprint Burndown

✅ Available

Visual story-point burndown against the ideal trajectory.

The burndown chart plots completed story points day by day against the expected ideal line. Deviations are immediately visible, helping the Scrum Master detect scope creep, velocity drops, or blocked work before the end of the sprint.

Sprint Progress & Velocity

✅ Available

Completion rate and velocity comparison across sprints.

A snapshot of items completed versus planned, plus a velocity comparison against the team's rolling average. Quickly see whether the team is ahead, on pace, or behind, and by how much.

Monte Carlo Delivery Forecasting

🔜 Coming soon

Probabilistic feature delivery dates based on your team's own history.

Simulates thousands of possible futures using your team's historical throughput to produce optimistic, expected, and conservative delivery date estimates. Helps Product Owners set realistic commitments and identify capacity risks before sprint planning.

Risk & Quality

Risk Alerts

✅ Available

Automatic detection of sprint anti-patterns and delivery risks.

A rule-based engine continuously scans your sprint data for known risk patterns — such as scope creep, excessive WIP, or stalled work — and surfaces alerts with RED / AMBER / GREEN severity. Thresholds are configurable per team. A daily email digest keeps stakeholders informed without requiring them to log in.

Anti-Pattern Library

✅ Available

A curated catalog of agile anti-patterns with remediation guides.

A reference library of over 20 named agile anti-patterns — such as "Sprint Scope Creep", "Zombie Sprint", or "Hero Dependency" — each with a description, typical signals, and recommended actions. A Pattern of the Week widget surfaces one pattern on your dashboard to encourage continuous learning.

Extended Risk Rules (R-07 → R-14)

🔜 Coming soon

Additional risk detection rules covering cross-team and multi-source signals.

Expands the risk detection engine with rules that go beyond single-sprint signals, including cross-team dependency risks, connector health degradation, and code-churn anomalies from GitHub.

Agile Maturity

Agile Maturity Model (AMM)

✅ Available

A structured assessment that scores your team's agility on a 1–5 scale.

The AMM questionnaire covers several key dimensions of agile practice. Responses produce a global maturity score (1–5) and a per-dimension radar chart so you can see where the team excels and where there is room to grow. Scores are tracked over time so you can measure improvement across quarters.

AMM v2 — Enhanced Maturity Model

🔜 Coming soon

Extended dimensions, Kanban Maturity Model support, and LLM improvement plans.

Adds support for the Kanban Maturity Model (KMM) and method-specific scoring profiles. After each assessment, an LLM generates a prioritised improvement plan tailored to your team's lowest-scoring dimensions.

Custom AMM Builder

🗓 Roadmap

Define and weight your own maturity dimensions.

Enterprise teams will be able to build a bespoke maturity model that reflects their organisation's agility framework — replacing or supplementing the built-in dimensions with custom criteria and weighting.

AI Coaching

Coaching Recommendations

✅ Available

AI-generated, human-validated coaching cards for your sprint.

The coaching engine analyses the current sprint state and generates targeted recommendations — one per identified issue. Each card is reviewed and approved by a designated Validator before it reaches the team, ensuring quality and relevance. Cards can be applied (exported to ADO) or dismissed with a reason.

Ceremony Intelligence

✅ Available

Extract action items from meeting notes with LLM assistance.

Upload notes from any agile ceremony (sprint review, retrospective, planning). The LLM extracts action items and owners, adds them to a tracker, and surfaces unresolved actions in future sessions so nothing falls through the cracks.

AI Coaching Chat

🔜 Coming soon

Ask your coach anything — a conversational interface for sprint data.

A chat interface that lets Scrum Masters and Coaches ask natural-language questions about their sprint data. The AI draws on live metrics, historical patterns, and the coaching card library to provide context-aware answers.

Integrations

Azure DevOps Connector

✅ Available

Bi-directional integration with Azure DevOps — the starting connector.

Full OAuth 2.0 integration with Azure DevOps: real-time webhook ingestion, 5-minute polling fallback, and automatic reconnect. Sprint items, work-item states, and pipeline runs are ingested into Agilentic's canonical model. Coaching actions can be exported back to ADO as work items.

Jira Cloud Connector

🔜 Coming soon

Connect Jira Cloud as an alternative or complement to Azure DevOps.

The same connector architecture that powers the ADO integration will support Jira Cloud projects, making Agilentic backlog-tool agnostic. Teams using Jira will see the same SHI, AMM, and coaching features.

GitHub Integration

🔜 Coming soon

PR velocity, review cycles, and code-health signals from GitHub.

Adds code-level signals — pull request lead time, review cycle duration, commit frequency — to the sprint health picture. Forms the data foundation for the Code Audit Intelligence module.

Slack Integration

🔜 Coming soon

Receive risk alerts and coaching nudges in your Slack workspace.

Push notifications for RED alerts and new coaching recommendations directly into a team Slack channel, keeping the team informed without requiring them to open the dashboard.

Portfolio & Scale

Portfolio COP

🔜 Coming soon

A unified view across all your teams on one screen.

Agile Coaches and Engineering Managers with multiple teams will see a grid of team health cards — showing Sprint Health, alert count, and delivery forecast — at a glance. Teams are grouped by business unit for easier navigation.

SAFe / ART Intelligence

🗓 Roadmap

Program-level metrics and PI Planning intelligence for SAFe organisations.

Aggregate metrics across an Agile Release Train — tracking PI objective completion, team readiness, and inter-team dependencies. Designed for organisations running SAFe at scale.

Code Audit Intelligence

🔜 Coming soon

PR review cycle analysis, commit frequency, and code-health scoring.

Analyses GitHub data to surface code-health signals alongside sprint-health data — giving Engineering Managers a full picture of both delivery pace and codebase quality.

Platform & UX

Team Dashboard

✅ Available

Your team's command centre — sprint health, risks, and coaching in one view.

The Team Dashboard is the central hub for every sprint. It combines the Sprint Health Index (SHI) and Agile Maturity Model (AMM) dual indicator, four real-time KPI cards (velocity, burndown progress, bug rate, blocked tickets), a sprint burndown chart, risk alerts, coaching recommendation cards, and the Pattern of the Week widget. The layout adapts to your selected role — Scrum Masters see the burndown and coaching cards front and centre, Validators see the approval queue, and Managers see a portfolio summary. Data refreshes automatically every 5 minutes via background jobs.

Obeya / COP View

✅ Available

Full-screen command-and-control view for operations rooms and large displays.

Expands the team dashboard to a distraction-free, full-screen layout designed for wall monitors and war-room screens. The Obeya view always uses the dark theme for readability, shows a real-time connection indicator, and generates a shareable authenticated URL so stakeholders can access it without a dashboard login.

Role Selector

✅ Available

Switch between role-specific views of the same dashboard.

Each user can choose their active role (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Team Member, Manager, Agile Coach, Validator) from the top bar. The dashboard layout and available actions adapt to the selected role — Validators see the approval queue front and centre; Managers see the portfolio summary.

Theme Switcher

✅ Available

Light, Dark, Military/ABMS, and System (auto) visual themes.

Switch between four visual themes from any authenticated page. The Military/ABMS theme uses a near-black background with tactical green accents, optimised for field operations and command-and-control screens. Your preference is saved to your profile and restored on your next session.

Sprint Report Export

✅ Available

Download your sprint report as a PDF or Markdown document.

Generate a shareable sprint report from the dashboard top bar. The report assembles the burndown chart, KPI snapshot, risk alerts, and coaching cards into a document that can be shared with stakeholders outside the platform.

Team Gamification

🔜 Coming soon

Achievement badges, streaks, and milestones to celebrate agile progress.

Teams earn badges for sustained healthy sprints, completing retro actions, or improving their AMM score. Streaks and milestone celebrations make continuous improvement visible and motivating.

Enterprise & Compliance

Enterprise SSO / SAML

🗓 Roadmap

Organisation-level single sign-on with SAML 2.0.

Allows enterprises to authenticate Agilentic users through their existing identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, etc.) without managing separate credentials. Includes SCIM user provisioning for large organisations.

EU Data Residency

🗓 Roadmap

All data stored and processed within the European Union.

For organisations subject to GDPR or EU data localisation requirements, an EU-resident deployment ensures that no sprint or team data leaves the EU boundary.
