Our mission
Most agile metrics tools measure activity, not health. They tell you how many tickets were completed, but not whether your team is on track, overwhelmed, or quietly drifting into anti-patterns.
We built Agilentic to change that. By combining sprint data from Backlog Management System (Azure DevOps is the starting connector, with more coming soon) with a configurable risk detection engine and LLM-powered coaching, we give teams the signals they need to course-correct before problems become crises.
The Sprint Health Index (SHI) distills six dimensions of team health into a single, actionable number. The Agile Maturity Model (AMM) tracks improvement over time. And the coaching engine surfaces the right recommendation at the right moment — validated by a human before it reaches the team.
