Current Sub-Processors

The following third-party sub-processors may process personal data on behalf of Agilentic. We ensure each sub-processor provides sufficient guarantees under GDPR.

Infrastructure

AWS (Amazon Web Services) — Cloud infrastructure, EU (Frankfurt/Ireland). Service: hosting, storage, compute.

MongoDB Atlas — Database hosting, EU region. Service: application database.

Payments

Stripe Inc. — Payment processing, EU data residency. Service: subscription billing.

Email

Resend — Transactional email. Data processed in EU. Service: system notifications and receipts.

AI Services

Anthropic PBC — AI inference (Claude API). Inputs are not retained for training per our data processing agreement. Service: coaching recommendation generation.

Change Notifications

We notify customers at least 30 days before adding new sub-processors. To subscribe to notifications, email privacy@agilentic.ai.
