Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the permitted and prohibited uses of the Agilentic platform. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Use the platform to monitor and improve your agile team's health, velocity, and process maturity in the normal course of business.

You must not: (a) attempt to circumvent security controls; (b) use the platform to process data you are not authorised to process; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform; (d) resell or sublicense access without written consent; (e) use automated tools to scrape or exfiltrate data at scale.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate accounts in breach of this AUP, with or without prior notice in cases of serious breach.
