Terms of Service

By accessing the Agilentic platform you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you are entering these terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Agilentic provides an AI-powered agile intelligence platform that ingests Azure DevOps data, computes health and maturity metrics, and surfaces coaching recommendations.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. All prices are exclusive of VAT. Invoices are issued electronically.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You may not use the platform to: violate any law; infringe intellectual property rights; transmit malware; scrape data for competitive intelligence; or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

All platform software, algorithms, and documentation are the exclusive property of Agilentic SAS. Your team data remains your property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agilentic's total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris.
