Agilentic SAS ("Agilentic", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our platform.

By accessing or using the platform you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Account data: name, email address, job title, and authentication credentials.

Usage data: feature interactions, page views, and session metadata for product analytics.

Team data: work items, sprint metrics, and coaching insights imported from Azure DevOps.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device identifiers for security and diagnostics.

We process personal data on the following legal bases: (a) contract performance — to provide the services you have subscribed to; (b) legitimate interests — to improve the platform and prevent fraud; (c) consent — for optional analytics and marketing communications.

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation.

Team metric data is retained for 24 months, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.

Audit logs are retained for 12 months for security compliance purposes.

Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing.

Your data is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA). Where sub-processors operate outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
